Connecting To Knowledge Base only:
If you choose the setup option with Knowledge Base only, this means that Alex will be able answer questions regarding general property management issues such as complaints, damage or maintenance reporting, general or company information and more... We will add the company data, including website info and all your property management policies and other documents that will help answering information and report issues or forward calls to your staff.
Full CRM Integration:
This plan offers full integration with your CRM software so Alex can answer any financial and contractual questions from tenants and owners and also get a knowledge base like above to be able to answer any general question regarding the property. This integration may take few days, up to 2 weeks to finish which will help us connect all the data points and do the necessary testings to make sure the answers are given accurate and clear.
